At BNDL, we want you to shop with confidence. Every piece in our store is carefully inspected and graded before it goes live — so what you see is exactly what you get. Here's a breakdown of what each grade means, so you always know what to expect when your order arrives.
🏷️ New With Tags
Brand new. Never worn. Original tags still attached.
These are pieces that have never been used — straight from the shelf or original packaging. You'll find the original retail tags still on the item. There are absolutely no signs of wear, washing, or use. Think of it as finding a hidden gem that somehow never made it out of the store.
However, stains can sometimes be on the pieces due to storage/transportation etc. Please look at the last photo(s) if there are any flaws!
What to expect: Pristine condition. No flaws, no odors, no alterations.
Like New ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
Excellent condition with minimal to no signs of wear.
This piece has been worn, but you'd barely know it. It's been well cared for and looks almost as good as the day it was bought. There may be the faintest trace of previous ownership — a slight softness from washing, for example — but nothing that affects how it looks or feels.
What to expect: Near-perfect condition. No visible flaws, stains, or damage. Colors are vibrant and fabric is in great shape.
Great Condition ⭐⭐⭐⭐☆
Minor signs of wear — looks well-maintained and loved.
A solid, everyday-wearable piece with only minor signs of use. This is the sweet spot for vintage finds — it has character without compromise. You might notice very light fading, slight softening of the fabric, or minimal pilling, but nothing that stands out or detracts from the look.
What to expect: Light wear consistent with normal use. No holes, stains, or significant damage. Still looks great on.
Good Condition ⭐⭐⭐☆ ☆
Noticeable wear, but still a solid everyday piece.
This item has been well-used and it shows — but in an honest, wearable way. You might notice moderate fading, light pilling, minor staining, or some softening of the fabric. Nothing that stops you from wearing it, but enough that we want to be upfront about it. These pieces are great if you love that lived-in vintage feel.
What to expect: Moderate signs of wear visible to the eye. Any specific flaws are noted and photographed in the listing. Priced to reflect condition.
Vintage / Worn ⭐⭐☆☆☆

These pieces carry their history with them — and that's part of their charm. Vintage / Worn items may show more noticeable signs of use such as fading, cracking graphics, light staining, or fabric distress. We always photograph these details clearly so you can make an informed decision. These pieces are priced to reflect their condition.
What to expect: Visible flaws as shown in photos. Great for the vintage aesthetic or upcycling projects. All specific flaws are documented in the product listing.
How We Grade Our Items
Every item is personally inspected by our team before it's listed. We check for:
- Overall fabric condition and integrity
- Stains, marks, or discoloration
- Fading or color changes
- Seam and stitching quality
- Zips, buttons, and hardware
- Any alterations or repairs
- Odors (all items are cleaned before listing)

Our product photos are taken in natural lighting to give you the most accurate representation of each piece. Here are a few tips to help you shop with confidence:
- Zoom in — we include close-up shots of any notable wear or flaws.
- Check the flat lay — this gives you the best view of the overall condition and shape of the garment.
- See last photo(s) — we note specific flaws in pictures, especially for Vintage / Worn items.
