6. Lost or Stolen Packages

If your package is marked as "Lost" by the carrier, please take the following steps:

✔ Allow time for carrier resolution – Most carriers conduct investigations and may take up to 10-14 business days to resolve lost shipments.

If the carrier officially confirms that the package is lost, please contact us at hello@bndlonline.com with your order details. Depending on the outcome of the carrier's investigation, we may offer: A replacement (if the item is still available), or A store credit equivalent to the value of the lost item(s)

Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable.

If your package is marked as "Delivered" but you have not received it, we recommend the following actions:

✔ Check your surroundings – Look in common delivery locations such as mailboxes, front doors, or parcel lockers.
✔ Check with household members or neighbors – A family member or neighbor may have accepted the package on your behalf.
✔ Wait 24-48 hours – In some cases, carriers may mark packages as “Delivered” prematurely, and they arrive shortly after.
✔ Contact the shipping carrier – The carrier can provide additional information regarding the delivery location and time.

BNDL is not responsible for stolen packages once they have been marked as delivered by the carrier. If you suspect theft, we recommend:
✔ Filing a claim with the shipping carrier for reimbursement.
✔ Reporting the theft to your local authorities, as package theft is a growing issue in many areas.
